I have dental insurance (blue coat) would change my company just for them. I've never sent a card. I know I need to call and a new special envoy, have begun to hurt, but lately my left molar. Is there a way I could do to fax proof of insurance until they find a card with the post office? I'll call them tomorrow, but I want to know.
